Bundesliga is the first among all the Europe’s major leagues to receive permission to resume season after the coronavirus crisis. Angela Merkel has confirmed this news to public on Wednesday and the matches are to be taken place in closed doors.
German chancellor and state premiers have granted the permission to the DFL(league’s governing body) to schedule a restart of the season from 16 May at earliest. A video conference between 36 clubs will be held on Thursday to discuss regarding the resumption of the season.
Government approval received for the domestic matches in Croatia and Serbia to resume from 30 May in closed doors.
